A little about me…

Hello! My name is Leigh Victoria and it’s so nice to meet you. I have been a licensed hairstylist since 2012 and I can’t begin to express how fortunate I am to have found a home within the aesthetic industry. Though I have always had a passion for hair, I never imagined it would become such a huge part of my life. While attending Colorado State University I discovered a cosmetology school down the road that offered night courses and decided why not! After obtaining my license in 2012, I began apprenticing and working at a boutique salon in Old Town Fort Collins until graduating with my bachelor’s degree in 2013.

Being at a crossroads of whether to continue to pursue hair or start a career within my degree field, I moved back home to Denver and fell into the most incredible mentorship and apprentice program that would decide my fate for me. During this time I honed my skills as a hairstylist, becoming more and more confident that I was where I needed to be.

Shortly after finishing this apprenticeship, I ventured out on my own as an independent stylist working in the Denver area, building my clientele based solely off the referrals of my beautiful clients. As I began to establish myself and build my business, I made the decision to go to graduate school at the University of Denver where I earned my master’s degree in Strategic Innovation and Change graduating in 2017. Furthering my education allowed me to develop professionally as well as help others understand how to grow their businesses.

Prior to graduating, I moved locations to Forma Collective Salon, founded and operated by my previous mentors. Being a part of this incredibly talented, passionate, and skilled group of artists expanded my skillset beyond what I imagined possible. I spent four amazing years growing my business at Forma Collective Salon and am so grateful for the unbelievable opportunities and experiences I had.

That brings us to now! In the midst of the 2020 madness, I decided to expand into my very own space where I can serve all my amazing clients in a safe, intimate setting. My mission as a stylist is to help you embrace your natural beauty, I’m simply here to put the icing on the cake. I strive to ensure you are listened to so that I am able to provide the very best service possible. I feel so privileged to have the trust of my clients to not only make them feel beautiful but also to make them feel heard, the tea is always safe with me. See you soon!
